The Concierge Desk e-Terminal affiliate scheme will potentially
increase your revenue with zero financial outlay and minimal
effort and allows quality concierge services and tickets to
be offered by virtually any business or enterprise.
• Your clients enjoy
the benefits of being able to purchase quality concierge services
and tickets from your premises instantly, avoiding queues
or the hassle of phoning round different ticket agencies /
venues. The products available include all major West End
theatre productions, attractions such as London Eye and Madame
Tussauds, sightseeing tours and airport transfers.
• You receive a commission of the total purchase price
for all bookings submitted at your premises.
• Zero financial outlay is required by you at any time.
• Minimal effort is required – the terminals are
designed to be used by your clients directly, although if
you only hold PC equipment ‘behind the counter’
bookings can be submitted on the client’s behalf quickly
and easily by your staff.
Who can become an Affiliate?
Any business or enterprise can become an affiliate with Concierge
Desk provided they possess the minimum equipment requirements,
which is at least:
• A PC
• A Printer
• An Internet connection
Nothing else is required!
How Does it Work?
The Concierge Desk e-Terminal is effectively a user friendly
web site designed to look and operate like a ticket terminal.
Live availability is displayed where applicable, for example
for theatre tickets, and all bookings are confirmed immediately
following submission of the order by means of a printable
voucher.
Individual products can be deselected on individual terminals
if for example the affiliate already has arrangements to
sell similar products via alternative avenues. The e-Terminal
is viewed via standard internet browser set for the appropriate
web address and can be displayed at any premises.
Each terminal is allocated a unique ID number within the
web address which determines the affiliate premises at which
it is configured. Any booking(s) made via the terminal(s)
is logged in a database detailing the cost of the booking(s),
and the amount of commission due to the appropriate affiliate
for the booking(s).
A secure on-line account is set
up for each affiliate that enables viewing of all bookings that
have been made via their terminal(s), and how much commission
is due. The total commissions are paid in full to the affiliate
at pre-agreed intervals.
There is no maximum number of terminals that can be allocated
to an affiliate – the quantity of terminals is determined
by the number of PC’s held at the affiliate’s premises.
For example, if your premises contain 100 PC’s you could
have up to 100 terminals in use at any one time.
